HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS PROGRAM
Take a Listen
The Healthy Relationships Program allows participants to address core wounds that drive self-sabotaging behaviors and the need for external validation and approval. Is there a historical pattern of dysfunctional relationships? Do you find that you are often disappointed by unrealistic expectations of others? If you answered yes to at least one of these questions, this 4-day group program provides for you. It provides a safe, nurturing environment essential for building self-worth.
“A REAL FRIEND IS ONE WHO WALKS IN WHEN THE REST OF THE WORLD WALKS OUT.”
Co-disorders, eating disorders, sexual disorders, and financial disorders are common ways unresolved trauma surfaces and recycles in a self-defeating manner. Desperation and exhaustion typically follow.
THIS PROGRAM CAN HELP YOU:
- Affirm your self-worth and true identity
- Experience wholeness while releasing fear and self-doubt
- Release the blocks to accepting love
- Address love addiction, love avoidance, and/or codependency
- Understand and explore attachment issues
This program begins by looking at the basic human rights we all have when we are born. We will explore what happens if we don’t get those needs met and how that impacts our relationship patterns.
When we don’t get our emotional needs met, we start to look to other relationships to fulfill those needs. This affects our self-worth and self-esteem. We then learn to hide or protect our true self and feelings. We become inauthentic and often medicate the pain that’s caused.
We feel that we need other people’s love to be okay. We don’t see the real person, but rather we see who we need them to be. When they don’t turn out to meet our unrealistic expectations, we become angry and resentful.
The goal of this program is to leave with a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Self-love and self-worth are the foundational structures for inner wholeness.
You will work on an emotional level to recognize your true worth with healthy validation and support. The program will provide the tools to work through these issues and help create a healthy self-care plan moving forward.
