We recruit individuals within communities through our Ambassadors Program, from colleges and universities, non-profit, faith-based, and local organizations.  We partner with the existing human capital in these groups by training and providing individuals and organizations with a clear path to support their communities with ease of service. By establishing a network of resources and facilitating direct Ambassador contact, we ensure an efficient deployment of resources to reach the community needs. Through partnerships with expert groups such as the American Red Cross, we provide Ambassadors with training that equips them to safely and effectively offer support to communities in a time of crisis. Our Ambassadors Program is designed to give the Ambassadors skills development, which provides them with transferable skills to qualify them for relevant work experience.
